The XIV International Conference "Optimization and Applications" (OPTIMA-2023) takes place in Petrovac, Montenegro on September 18 - 22, 2023 in a hybrid format.

For those who will not be able to come to Montenegro this year, an online session will be organized.

The goal of the Conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners working in the field of optimization theory, methods, software, and related areas. The official working languages of the Conference are English, Russian, and Montenegrin.

The first part of the OPTIMA-2023 proceedings (Optimization and Applications) is published in main volume of the Lecture Notes in Computer Science book series (LNCS, volume number 14395, Springer):
