Supercomputing Co-Design Technology Workshop (SCDT-2016)
Call for papers

Scope

The topics of interest with a special emphasis on co-design technologies include, but are not limited to:
• Enabling co-design technologies for high performance computing
• Future generation application-aware supercomputer architectures
• Extreme-scale concepts including exascale
• Parallel programming models, interfaces, languages, libraries, and tools
• Supercomputer hardware-aware applications and algorithms
• Scalable runtime systems
• Methods and tools for holistic performance, scalability and efficiency analysis
• High performance computer graphics and scientific visualization on distributed heterogeneous systems
• Mapping of algorithms and applications to heterogeneous systems
• Education and supercomputing co-design technology: educational methods and best practices.

General terms
All papers need to be submitted electronically through the conference website in PDF format. The name of Workshop (SCDT) should be chosen during the paper submission process. Submitted papers must not substantially overlap with papers that have been published or that are simultaneously submitted to a journal or a conference with proceedings. Papers must be clearly presented in English, must not exceed 6-8 pages (short paper) or 12-14 pages (regular paper) in Springer LNCS format, including tables, figures, references and appendixes. Submission of a paper should be regarded as a commitment that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will register and attend the conference to present the work. All works submitted to the workshop will be reviewed by at least three experts of the SCDT Program Committee. Upon the evaluation of the referees, the Program Committee will select papers to be included in the workshop agenda.
