Those wishing to participate are requested to register before June 15, 2009. Online registration is preferable. It is also possible to register by e-mail at the conference address VS-Halo@sai.msu.ru (please indicate VS-Halo as the subject of your message) or, as an exception, by mail (Dr. A.V. Mironov, Sternberg Astronomical Institute, 13, University Ave., Moscow, 119992, Russia).

Those wishing to stay in Moscow during the weekend following the conference, should indicate their intention during registration, for the LOC to arrange for their accommodation and visa support.
