Once you have completed your profile at the bottom of this page, you will be emailed details of your login. Please keep that email. You may use your Application ID and password to login in future, to access your registration at any time to make any necessary changes, coming back to it over a period of time as you are ready to confirm more detail.

Full Conference Registration costs 11,300 Rubles (equivalent of 280 Euro).
A discount of 1,300 Rubles is provided for the participants, who pay the registration fee before April 10, 2013. Reduced registration fee is 10,000 Rubles (equivalent of 250 Euro). Credit card payments may only be made before this date.
Registration fees are waived for the invited speakers (see Invited speakers).
Afterward, the full registration fee will have to be paid in cash at the registration desk upon arrival in Moscow.
Registration cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 2,000 Rubles if made in writing before April 10, 2013. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.
REGISTRATION AND VISA SUPPORT FORM
Registration includes 3 steps. After filling in the form (if required) at each step press button Next step to switch to the next step. The registration is considered to be successfully completed, when pressing button Finish.
Russian and Community of Independent States citizens should fill in REGISTRATION FORM of Step 1 only, but go through all the steps.
European Union citizens who need the visa application invitation letter should fill in the forms of Step 1 and 2, but go through all the steps.
Full information (Steps 1-3) is required from non-European-Union and British citizens who need the visa application invitation letter.
Important notes. Applicants from the non-European-Union countries must provide the secretariat with a scanned copy of their passport (the page with a photo and passport details) using e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org Undergraduate students must provide the secretariat with the letter of recommendation from their scientific supervisors.
All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you.
