Please fill in the VISA SUPPORT FORM on Registration page in this website. Please note that timely registration is essential to ensure that visa formalities can be completed in due time. Deadline for registration is April 1, 2013 for participants who need a visa application invitation letter. Applicants from the non-European-Union countries must send to the secretariat a scanned copy of their passport (the page with a photo and passport details) via e-mail astars2013@inasan.ru Undergraduate students must provide the secretariat with the letter of recommendation from their scientific supervisors. In case you are accompanied by your wife/husband, you must send to the secretariat a scanned copy of MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE via e-mail astars2013@inasan.ru Your invitation letter will be sent to you via regular/express mail once you have paid the registration fee in full. You will also be provided with a fax copy as soon as the invitation letter will be ready.
