New paper registration

Abstracts are available at:

Abstracts are made in a text editor Word.
The volume of abstracts should not exceed two pages of text in Russian or English.

Abstracts should contain:
Title of the report;
first and second names of the author,
place of work;
e-mail (this item is repeated for each of the authors);
text of the talk.
