Authors may submit their abstract files in MS Word (as .doc or .docx) or RTF format.
Times New Roman font in 12pt size and single line spacing should be used throughout the document. Left and right page margins should be set at 3.0 cm, upper and lower at 2.5 cm each. The complete abstract must fit
in one page.
Abstracts must include the following items only (divided by one blank line) in this order:
Abstract title (14pt font size) should be in lower case, bold, and centred. The abstract title should be as concise as possible. Authors' names must be listed with last names first followed by initials of first names. Commas should separate authors. Centre the author list and underline the name of the presenting author. Affiliations should be centered and italicised. For each affiliation, the maximum level of detail should be the name of the organization, institute or department and country. Full street addresses should not be included. Superscript numbers should be used as a key to affiliate names to organizations. Numbers should appear after the authors' initials of first names and then, before each affiliation. Corresponding author's email address should be italicised and underlined. Keywords (5 words maximum) should be separated by commas. The main abstract text (300 words maximum). Inclusion of embedded figures is accepted. Figures should be of good quality and high resolution (not in colour) and should be embedded in the main text file. References, if needed (4 items maximum).Fields marked with * are necessary to fill.
