Тезисы докладов принимаются до 1 февраля 2023 г. на сайте конференции (http://agora.guru.ru/geod-2023) или по электронной почте geod-2023@ginst.ru (обязательно просите подтверждения получения).
Тезисы присылаются в подготовленном для печати виде вложенным файлом формата *.doc или *.docx. Название вложенного файла с тезисами должно соответствовать фамилии первого автора с указанием номера секции. Например, файл с тезисами Петрова следует называть Petrov_7.doc или Petrov_7.docx.
Объем тезисов не более 3 страниц формата А4, включая рисунки, таблицы и список литературы. Текст набирается в редакторе Microsoft Word шрифтом Times New Roman Cyr, 12, межстрочный интервал одинарный, выравнивание по ширине. Вначале каждого абзаца делается отступ 1 см. Поля: верхнее и нижнее – 2 см, левое – 2,5 см, правое – 1 см; центровка заголовков и абзацы в тексте выполняются при помощи средств Word, страницы не проставляются, перенос слов не допускается.
Название тезисов доклада – шрифт Times New Roman Cyr, Bold, Center, 12.
Инициалы и фамилия автора(ов) – шрифт Times New Roman Cyr, Norm, Center, 12. Между инициалами и фамилией проставляется пробел. Фамилия представляющего доклад автора подчеркивается.
Название организации, город и страна в которой находится организация, электронный адрес для каждого автора – шрифт Times New Roman Cyr, Italic, Center, 12.
Аннотация статьи, ключевые слова набирается шрифтом Times New Roman Cyr, 10.
Для тезисов на русском языке название, инициалы и фамилия автора(ов), название организации и города, ключевые слова и аннотация дублируются на английском языке.
Таблицы и черно-белые рисунки (расширение не менее 300 dpi) вставляются непосредственно в текст. Таблицы, подписи к рисункам и список литературы набирается шрифтом Times New Roman Cyr, 10. Ссылки на рисунки и таблицы даются в круглых скобках (рис. 1), (табл. 2); ссылки на литературу – в квадратных скобках [1]. Подписи к рисункам располагаются ниже рисунка по центру, подписи к таблицам сверху слева.
Ссылки на номера грантов и проектов, в рамках которых выполнена работа, а также благодарности указываются после текста тезисов, перед списком литературы (Times New Roman Cyr, 10, выделяются курсивом).
Список литературы формируется по мере встречаемости ссылок в тексте и отделяется от текста пропуском строки.
Abstracts of the conference reports will be published in the form of a collection, assigned ISBN and listed in the national bibliographic database of the Russian Science Citation Index.
Abstracts are accepted until February 1, 2023 on the conference website http://agora.guru.ru/geod-2023 or via e-mail geod-2023@ginst.ru (be sure to ask for confirmation of deliver).
Abstracts are accepted in the form prepared for printing as an attached file in the format *.doc or *.docx. The name of the attached file with an abstract should correspond to the surname of the first author with the section number indicated. For example, the file with Petrov's abstract should be called Petrov_7.doc or Petrov 7.docx.
Abstracts are expected to be no more than 3 pages (A4), including figures, tables and references. The text is in the Microsoft Word TNR, 12 font, single line spacing, width alignment. At the beginning of each paragraph, an indent of 1 cm is made. Margins: upper and lower – 2 cm, left – 2.5 cm, right – 1 cm; centering of headings and division into paragraphs are performed using Word tools, page numbers are not put down, word wrapping is not allowed.
The title of an abstract is typed in TNR 12 font, Bold, Centered.
The initials and surname of the author(s) are typed in Times New Roman Cyr 12 font, Norm, Centered. A space is placed between the initials and the surname. The surname of the author submitting the report is underlined.
The name of the organization, the city and country in which the organization is located, the e–mail address for each author are typed in TNR 12 font, Italic, Centered.
The abstract of the article, keywords are typed in TNR 10 font.
For reports in Russian, the name, initials and surname of the author(s), the name of the organization and city, keywords and abstract are duplicated in English.
Tables and black-and-white figures (at least 300 dpi extension) are inserted directly into the text. Tables, figure captions and references are typed in TNR 10 font. References to the figures and tables are given in parentheses (Fig. 1), (Table 2); references to the literature – in square brackets [1]. Figure captions are located below the figure in the center, table captions are located on the top left.
References to the numbers of grants and projects in which the work was carried out, as well as acknowledgements, are indicated after the text of the abstracts, before the list of references (TNR 10 font, Italic).
The list of references is formed according to the occurrence of the references in the text and is separated from the text by skipping a line.
