From November 7 till 11, 2016,
Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod will host international youth school “High performance computing, optimization and applications”.
The youth school aims at modern high performance computing technologies, efficient optimization methods and applications for up-to-date scientific and technological problems. The program includes plenary lectures, intensive classes with extended practical part, overview talks of leading scientists and experts, solving practical problems of various difficulties. The school will feature lecturers from Italy, Great Britain, Germany and Lithuania, including international scientific prize winners. Participating in the youth school gives an excellent opportunity for additional professional education in supercomputing and high performance computing.
The school will be conducted in Russian and English (selected plenary lectures).
The event is supported by the Russian Scientific Foundation (project No. 15-11-3022 “Global optimization, supercomputing and applications”).
