General Terms

Only research works that have not previously been published and have not been presented for consideration to other conferences or journals are eligible for the conference. The papers can be submitted in English and in Russian. Each report included in the agenda of the conference must be presented at the conference in person by at least one author.

Types of Papers

The following types of the papers are acceptable at the conference: a short or full paper in English (main track of the conference) and a short paper in Russian or in English (papers of the youth school).

Full and short papers in English must be prepared in LaTeX2e (MiKTeX package is recommended) in accordance with the rules of the Springer's Communications in Computer and Information Science series. Authors are recommended to use the template.

Extended abstracts must be prepared in MS Word and meet the template.

All the papers must be submitted using EquinOCS: https://equinocs.springernature.com/service/mmst2024. To submit materials, you need to register in the EquinOCS, go to the MMST2024 conference page, click the Submit Now. You should select the publication type (full/short paper or extended abstract) and upload the file in pdf format.

The program committee has the right to reject without consideration the papers that do not meet the formatting requirements.

Publication

Each submitted paper is reviewed by three experts. Based on the review results Program Committee will select the papers for the conference program.

All accepted full and short papers (in English) will be published in Communications in Computer and Information Science, Springer.

Short papers in Russian included in the program will be published in the conference proceedings (indexed by RSCI). Proceedings in Russian will be published on the conference website. The best papers in Russian will be recommended (after the second round of review) for publication in a special issue of the journal Problems of Informatics (VAK, RSCI). Details on the paper submission to the special issue will be posted after the conference.
