An application for participation at the conference should be submitted in electronic form on the website of the school-conference till September 1, 2015.

The list of participants from the CIS countries is formed on the basis of recommendation letters from organizations with indication of the theme of a report (a message) or the approved theme of a dissertation or a diploma thesis. Scanned letters from organizations should be sent to the Organizing Committee of the school-conference by e-mail or mailed to its address till September 10, 2015.

The number of participants of the school-conference is limited to 60 persons. Official invitations from the Organizing Committee of the conference will be sent no later than a month before the conference starts.

Nonresident participants of the conference will be housed either in a guest house or in a dormitory of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) - NRNU MEPhI. The cost of living is from 1000 to 2500 rubles per day. Payment for accommodation can be made at the registration desk on arrival.

Meetings of the conference will be held in the conference-rooms of a hotel located near the NRNU MEPhI. The venue of the conference will be announced later.

• Meetings will be held in the form of survey lectures (50 min.)of the leading Russian and foreign scientists with free discussion of problematic questions and hearing of personal reports (up to 15 min.)of the participants with outlining of their own results on the discussed subject.

• A registration fee will not be charged to young scientists and specialists making reports.

• The submitted reports that will be approved by the Program Committee will be published in the Proceedings of the School- Conference before it starts.

• Simultaneous translation (Russian / English) will be provided during the work of the school-conference.
