Nonresident participants of the conference will be housed either in a guest house or in a dormitory of the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) - NRNU MEPhI(Russia, Moscow, Kashirskoe highway, 31).

Meetings of the conference will be held in the conference-rooms of a hotel located near the NRNU MEPhI. The venue of the conference will be announced later (until September 20, 2015).
