X International Conference Optimization and Applications (OPTIMA-2019)
Submission

Abstracts (no more than 1000 characters) and full papers to Proceedings should be prepared in English and submitted through Easy Chair conference management system.

Submission Guidelines:

Abstracts:

Before April 15, 2019, participants submit abstracts of their presentations. You need to log in to Easy Chair and make a New Submission(s). Please fill in all necessary fields of the submission including authors, an abstract (<= 1000 characters) and keywords. You don't need to attach the file with the paper to Proceedings at this stage (this will be done at the next stage).

Papers to Proceedings:

Before May 10, 2019, participants submit full papers to Proceedings by updating the information created while submitting short abstracts. The paper should present an original previously unpublished contribution matching the Conference topics. The results presented in the contribution should not be simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

The paper should be 12-15 pages long written in English. Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use LaTeX templates for the preparation of their papers (Word is not allowed). Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers (https://goo.gl/hbsa4D).

After obtaining PDF of your paper please log in to Easy Chair and upload your file.

All papers will be peer-reviewed by the International Program Committee (see Organizers page for details). To be published accepted papers should be presented at the Conference.

In addition, the corresponding author of each accepted paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.

Please contact us in case of any problems with submission (see Contacts page for details).
