Deadline schedule:

March 31, 2013 - registration, abstracts submission, and payments have to be completed

June 22, 2013 - the deadline for reservation and making payment for the hotels via UniFest. The reservation after June 22, 2013 is not guaranteed

June 26, 2013 - If cancellation of hotel reservation is made before this date, payment for hotel accommodation will be reimbursed (minus 10% of bank fees). If cancellation is made on or after June 26, 2013 or in case of “no-show”, the cost of one night stay and bank fees (10%) will be kept. The rest of payment will be reimbursed.

July 15, 2013 – Third Circular and conference preliminary program (for registered participants).

July 30, 2013 – last date to cancel participation in the conference and field seminar. Before this date conference and field seminar fees will be reimbursed (with the exception of commission fee for bank transfer). Final program will be issued after July 30 according to confirmation/cancellation lists.

You are cordially invited to book field trips at your earliest convenience by filling the Registration form, because of the limited number of participants.
