REGISTRATION FEES AND OTHER PAYMENTS

Registration fee is 120 €, 100 € for students and PhD students.

Registration fee covers: transfer from Kursk railway station to a hotel, conference set, coffee breaks, and lunches during the academic sessions (August 12 &13, 2013).

Train tickets to and from the conference place, breakfasts, dinners and accommodation in Kursk (two nights) are not included into the fee.

XIIth-ISFWP gala dinner – 30 € (August, 12 2013)

Pre-conference tour (August 10 & 11) – 90 € including all transfers, excursions and lunches during the excursions. Accommodation in Kursk, breakfasts and dinners are not included in the fee.

Post-conference tour (August 14 & 15) – 140 € including all transfers, excursions, meals (with the exception of breakfast on August 14), accommodation in Divnogor’e tourist complex and Evening Barbeque.

For those who will participate in both parts of the field seminar (pre-conference and post-conference tours ) the total fee for two field trips is 200 €.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payments can be made by Bank transfer in Euro.

The bank transfer should indicate the name of the participant and the title of the conference “ISFWP-XII”.

The sender must pay all bank charges. Copy of the bank transfer must be sent to Organizing Committee by email soon after the registration; otherwise the form cannot be accepted.
