Paper submission. We admit papers that were never published nor introduced before. The acceptable language is Russian or English. The acceptable types of publication are a full paper, a short paper and a poster. Full paper has up to 12 standard A4 pages and shows the results of completed scientific research. Short paper has to be up to 6 A4 pages long and to contain preliminary results of uncompleted scientific study. One A4 page poster may include information about plans and initial results of recently started scientific research. The detailed instructions concerning formatting of all types of publications can be found on the conference official website in the "For Authors" section.
Papers can be submitted only in electronic form in MS Word or TeX format by filling out the web form titled "Paper".

Industrial session. Industrial session will be set up as a part of the conference. We accept high quality presentations on innovative commercial hardware and software applications oriented to super and parallel computing technologies in various aspects of science and technology. Industrial presentation may be supplemented by a one A4 page that will be published in the conference proceedings. We also accept overviews dedicated to current trends and new requirements in parallel and supercomputing industry and its commercial applications. Industrial paper formatting is the same as for the scientific articles.

Publication of papers. All papers submitted to the conference will be reviewed by experts. Based on their reviews Program Committee will select the articles for the conference Program. All accepted papers will be published prior to the conference date.
PCT proceedings are issued on the electronic storage device and officially registered with ISBN, publisher's imprint and pages. All the proceedings papers are indexed in Russian Science Index and are fully recognized.

Presentation of a paper. Every accepted paper should be introduced by at least one author in the form of plenary/section talk or as a poster. Type of talk is determined by the Program committee. Correspondence participation in the PCT conference is not allowed.

Publications in scientific magazines. After the conference all full articles as well as the best short articles will be carefully edited and published in the following scientific magazines:

  • Numerical methods and programming. Advanced Computing,
  • Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod bulletin,
  • Bulletin of South Ural State University. Series: "Computational Mathematics and Software Engineering",
  • Ufa State Aviation Technical University bulletin. Series: "Management, computer technology and computer science",
  • Software Engineering.

    Participation in the conference requires:

  • to register on the conference website by filling out the Application until November 15th, 2013;
  • to provide your report information including summary in the "Paper" section until November 15th, 2013;
  • to submit the article in the "Paper" section (through the field titled "File with Paper thesises") until December 1st, 2013.

    Program committee decision will be announced via mass e-mail on January 15th, 2014. If your report (article) is included in the conference program you are to send the final version of your article structured according to the requirements found in the "For Authors" section to pavt.conf@gmail.com before February 15th, 2014.

    You can participate in the conference without report by registering on the conference website in the "Application" section before March 1st, 2014.
