Conference publication
Русский | English

Paper submission. We invite previously unpublished papers that cannot be under review in any other conference or journal. There are three types of publication, a full paper, a short paper and an abstract of a poster.

Full paper has 12–15 standard A4 pages and describes the results of completed scientific research. Short paper has up to 12 A4 pages and reports preliminary results of uncompleted scientific research. One A4 page abstract of a poster contains information about plans and initial results of recently started scientific research. Instructions regarding formatting of all types of publication can be found in the "For Authors" section.

Papers should be submitted electronically in PDF format via EasyChair system at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=pct2020.

Publication of papers. Each submitted paper is reviewed by three experts. The paper is evaluated according to the following six criteria: relevance to the conference scope, scientific contribution, practical contribution, experimental evaluation of the results, presentation quality, and quality of English. Based on reviews Program Committee will select the papers for the conference Program. All accepted full papers will be published in Springer's Communications in Computer and Information Science series (indexed in Scopus and Web of Science), approval pending. All accepted short papers and posters will be published electronically and indexed in Russian Science Index. The best short papers in English will be recommended for publication in Supercomputing Frontiers and Innovations (indexed in Scopus). The best short papers in Russian will be published (after further revision) in Computational Mathematics and Software Engineering series of the Bulletin of the South Ural State University.

Presentation of a paper. Each accepted paper must be introduced by at least one author in the form of a plenary/section talk or as a poster. Type of the talk is determined by the Program Committee. Correspondence participation in the PCT conference is not allowed.

  • to provide an abstract and other paper's metadata via EasyChair system by November 1st, 2019;
