Target dates 06.30.2023 - Provision of papers ready for printing to the Organizing Committee with a volume of 5 pages and more. 06.31.2023 - Report on the inclusion of the report in the conference program. 06.30-31.2023 - Distribution of invitations to authors of reports included in the conference program.
Participation in the conference is free of charge Form of participation: full-time, part-time, online. Working language of the conference: Russian, English PUBLICATION OF THE WORKS OF THE CONFERENCE The collection of conference materials has corresponding library indexes UDC and BBK, the international standard book index ISBN and will be placed in the RINC system. The application and article are been submitted electronically in separate files to the conference website or to the specified Internet address. The name of the files is been given by the author's surname (for example, Ivanov_zayavka.doc; Ivanov_statya.docx). Materials that are been not directly related to the content of the conference can be rejected. The submitted works should be the result of the author's scientific activity, while the level of originality of the text should be at least 75%. Sent materials should not be published earlier in other sources. The conference book, program, certificate of the participant, and diplomas of the winners and laureates of the contest will be presented at the conference. RULES OF PUBLICATION AND REGISTRATION The minimum volume of the article is 5 pages. The number of authors of the article is not more than 3, the student's articles are published in co-authorship with the head. Design rules The materials are been sent in Word or Open Office format, the paper size is A4, the margins are 2 cm from all sides, the font of the main text is 14, the line spacing is 1.5, the spacing is 1.25. 1) In the left corner is placed the number of UDC (font - bold), 2) The author's name - in the center (bold, italics), 3) Scientific degree, scientific title, and workplace of the author (italics, centered), 4) e-mail (italics, centered) 5) Title of article in the center in capital letters (bold) 6) Annotation (width) 7) Keywords (width). 8) The list of references is made in accordance with GOST R 7.1-2008 (no less than 3 sources).
The best reports from the conference will be recommended for publication in the CEUR Workshop Proceeding (indexed by Scopus). The text of a scientific report in English for publication in the CEUR Workshop Proceeding should have a volume of 6-9 (short paper) or 10-15 (regular paper) pages, taking into account the LNCS format (Lecture Notes in Computer Science, templates for formatting articles in the LNCS format are available at the download address: https://cloud.mail.ru/public/2CGx/2oq3gWuUTftp://ftp.springernature.com/cs-proceeding/llncs/word/splnproc1703.zip ).
