Within the International Congress Russian Supercomputing Days
Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod
23-27 November 2020

The Conference (November 23-25) and School (November 26-27) will further promote the synergy between two priority areas of science and technology - mathematical modeling and supercomputer technologies.

The topics of the Conference and School cover a wide range of problems of mathematical modeling of complex processes and numerical methods of research, as well as new methods of supercomputing to solve actual problems in various fields of science, industry, business, and education.

One of the key topics of the conference is the problems of artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, and decision-making processes. This section will feature the presentation of the mega-project "Scalable artificial intelligence networks for data analysis in growing dimensions", led by Prof. A.N. Gorban (University of Leicester, Great Britain).

On 24 November 2020, a celebratory meeting devoted to the 100th anniversary of Prof. Yu.I. Neimark will be held. Professor Yuri Isaakovich Neimark is the outstanding Soviet and Russian scientist and founder of the first in Russia Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics (at the University of Nizhny Novgorod).

The Conference program also features lectures by guest experts, reports by famous scientists and engineers, and presentations by young researchers. The School will include seminars and workshops on the application of state-of-the-art tools and technologies. In general, the Conference and School will provide excellent interaction and networking opportunities for famous scientists and specialists and young researchers who are just beginning their scientific careers.

The Conference and School are held under the auspices of the Supercomputer Consortium of Russian Universities in partnership with the NTI Center for Cognitive Technologies (ITMO) and the NTI Center for Technology for Storage and Analysis of Big Data (MSU).

The Conference is organized by the Mathematical Center "Mathematics of Future Technologies" and Volga Research and Educational Center of Supercomputer Technologies of the Lobachevsky State University of Nizhny Novgorod.

Participation in the Conference and School is free. Considering the current epidemiological situation in the country, the events will be held online.

Working languages: Russian and English.
