The Institute of the Earth's Crust of the Siberian Branch RAS, in cooperation with the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics of the Siberian Branch RAS, Siberian Branch RAS and Mongolia Research Center for Astronomy and Geophysics will hold the XIV Russian-Mongolian International Conference on Astronomy and Geophysics in Irkutsk on September 15-20, 2023. The Conference will be held on the following topics: 1. Solar-terrestrial relationships and recent geodynamics
2. Space weather and climate
3. Recent movements, deformations, and state of stress in the Earth’s crust
4. Geophysical fields and seismicity
5. Exogenous hazards The Conference program will include oral and poster presentations.
The working languages of the Conference are Russian and English Registration and acceptance of presentations To register for the Conference, it is necessary to submit the following information: Participant's surname, first name and patronymic Presentation title Initials and surnames of the authors, scientific degree and affiliation of each author Number of topic (see above) to which the presentation belongs Presentation form (oral/poster) Address, phone, fax and email of the participant Need for accommodation (specify the dates)
Abstracts Submission Abstracts must be submitted until July 1, 2023 via email rusmong2023@gmail.com to Anna Aleksandrovna Dobrynina. Abstracts are accepted in electronic form in Russian or English languages. The file name should contain the surname and affiliation of the Presenter (for example, PerevalovaISTP.doc).
- The text should begin with the presentation title. On the second line there should be surnames and initials of the authors (with the Presenter surname underlined). The third line should contain the full name of the organization where the work was done, city, country, and email of the author. Next is the text of the abstracts.
- The text of the abstracts, presentation title, and name of the organization, surnames and initials of the authors should be submitted in MS Word using DOC (not DOCX!) format. A4 sheet with 2 cm margin in each side. Font Times New Roman 12 pt. Line - one and a half. Formulas are written in MS Word and Math Type formula editors. The abstract length should not exceed one A4 page.. The abstracts should not contain any figures or tables.
Abstracts and program will be published by the time the Conference begins.Besides publishing the collection of abstracts, on recommendation of the Organizing Committee, papers will be accepted for publication in "Geodynamics & Tectonophysics" (a journal of IEC SB RAS) and "Solar-Terrestrial Physics" (a journal of ISTP SB RAS). The journals are peer-reviewed, and included into the SCADT list and into RSCI, Scopus and Web of Science.
