Please fill the "Need an official invitation?" field in Registration with "yes" if you need an official invitation.

Please reserve a hotel accommodation independently (it is desirable till May 15, 2013) and fill the "Hotel where you reserved the room" field in Registration with the name of the hotel. At a later reservation the hotel rooms may appear to be not available.

All expenses on accommodation, travel to Ufa and meals are paid by participants of conference themselves.
