New paper registration

The text of abstracts has to occupy no more than one page of the A4 format. The file with abstracts follows to call on the surname, for example, {\it ivanovi.tex}.
Abstracts can contain statements, lemmas, theorems. For which registration it is necessary to use the following garniture.
\textit{\textbf{Statement.}}\textit{ Earth rotates round a figure axis.}
Abstracts can contain references to literature \cite{family1}, \cite{family2}.
We pay your attention that all tags have to be called it is unique, for example,
with the indication of your surname. It becomes for facilitation of work of editors.
