1. zip-, rar-, tar.gz- archive of your papers including all figures ( templates,styles,examples );
2. Filled-in and scaned version of Copyright Assignment Form (black-and-white, 150dpi, jpeg or pdf);
3. Your post address to send the printed version of the Proceedings Book.
